Four graded written problems and four formative quiz questions.
Four written problems per week, each with a five-point rubric, plus a four-question interactive self-check. No R prerequisites.
Written tasks are worth 4 × 5 = 20 points per week. The instructor scores the core concept (2), justified analysis or calculation (2), and a carefully limited conclusion (1). The four self-check questions give immediate feedback and are not graded. Written-task solutions remain in private instructor notes. These materials are independent of UCL official marking.
